True blood?

Is the truth were trying to reach in us or is it a attribute what we need to gain by effort?
What is the truth? Is it being old seeing recursive what ones real age is?
I am in my 30´s but I dont feel like does that mean I need to follow the same way all people are following? Do I need to settle down, get married and get kids just to satisfy the need´s of our society? Why should I as I am responsible for my own happiness and none else is.
